Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the returns form included with your parcel.

Yes. If your selected item differs in price, the portal will guide you through any required payment or credit adjustments.

If your preferred item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or store credit through the returns portal.
* Please email and ask us though as if it is a high selling item we may have more stock coming in.

Answer Yes - return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty

We recommend lodging your return as soon as possible. While we do our best to assist with exchanges, stock availability cannot be guaranteed

If your item appears to have a visible manufacturing fault, we'll work with you to resolve this quickly. In some cases we may require the item to be returned for assessment.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed upon inspection, we'll happily offer an appropriate resolution.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.

Items must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Yes - please include your returns form to help us quickly identify and process your return.

Once your return is lodged, simply follow the portal instructions and send your item back within the return timeframe.
