RETURNS POLICY

Returns are available on all items except for: Makeup, Swimwear, Underwear, and Sale items.
Items being sent back must be as follows
* Completely unworn
* Tags still attached and in original condition
* Original Packaging
* Fragrance free (Perfume, Smoke etc)

Anything sent back to us that does not follow the above will be returned to the sender
* All returns must be claimed within 7 days of receipt and items returned within 14 days.
* Anything received after these dates is up to the discrepancy of Kode Boutique.
* The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless the item is deemed to be faulty, in which case Kode Boutique will cover the return cost for this item.
* We advise to use tracked mail as we cannot process a refund or return if the original item is not received.
* Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items cannot be sent back for an exchange unless deemed to be faulty, where a full refund will be issued. 
Sale items include, Clearance items and one off Flash Sale items.

Kode Boutique reserves the right to deny a refund or return if items are returned soiled, used, worn or damaged in any way.

I need to return an item 

TO RETURN AN ITEM:
* Complete all relevant details on this return form provided with your order.
* Send us a message via email, facebook or phone us to advise of the problem.
* Pack items with original tags still attached and send back to us within 14 days of original receipt of package.
* If the item is faulty a refund will be provided to the credit card/ bank account used for purchase.
* If you want to change size/colour let us know before you return the item so we can guarantee stock.
