NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING TERMS

LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIN NEW PLYMOUTH

We offer same day local delivery around New Plymouth and surrounding suburbs for in stock items. While we do our best to get everything out same day there may be the odd occasion due to circumstances out of our control where it will be next day.


DELIVERY TIME WITHIN NEW ZEALAND ONLY
All orders made before 3pm daily (Monday - Thursday) will be dispatched that day, if made after 3pm the order will be sent the following day excluding weekends and public holidays.
Dependant on your area we use New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste and Fastways Couriers which are all next business day delivery within the NZ post network.
For Rural delivery please allow an extra day.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm – Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.

**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Most of our products are available to be shipped once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified in the description). Please note that some items are available to be pre-ordered and have a specific shipping date in the product description. In the event that there is a problem with your item ordered, we will advise you via phone or email and send out your order as soon as possible.


AUSTRALIA SHIPPING TERMS
STANDARD SHIPPING

We use New Zealand Post International shipping services that have a 3-5 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch. In an event of custom clearance delays, we are not responsible.


POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at Kode Boutique, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Kode Boutique. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
But we will do our best to help resolve any issues that do arise.
